The MISSION of Accent on Elder Law is to provide service of the highest quality to each client, with a VISION to be the leading community resource for Elder Law services, committed to professionals, community education and dedicated to the GREATER VALUES of RESPECT, EXCELLENCE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TEAMWORK, ETHICAL BEHAVIOR and RESULTS.

The area of Elder Law is often misunderstood and has been the focus of much discussion over the years. Simply stated, Elder Law is the synchronization of various professional fields:  Estate Planning, Social Security/Medicare, Arrangements for Care, Financial Planning, Pre-Need Arrangements, Guardianship and Tax Planning. There are many more professional fields that may come into play when determining the best options to preserve assets, stay in control and maintain quality of life. Our focus centers on advocating for the aged population and their loved ones. We achieve and maximize results by providing and engaging in a collaborative forum that offers expert advice by professionals in each of the required professional areas that brings synergy to any well evaluated plan.

Accent on Elder Law, Inc. is a small, compassionate team of Elder Care professionals. Our mission and passion is three fold –

  1. Help Families deal with the challenges related to long term care issues,
  2. Assist Elder Care Professionals (nursing homes) in the management of the Medicaid process and to optimize the results to their facilities and to their clients and
  3. Support Companies and Employers by providing Elder Care consulting and resources for employees to increase labor productivity.
